NA marketplace registration failed

hello,

I just discovered that I’m not able to register on amazon.com (NA) marketplace, because my citizenship is not on the accept citizenship list, even though my company is Turkish and I’m a Turkish resident.

I got this reply from seller support.

I understand that you have registered in EU marketplace with the company details so you would like to know about NA marketplace.

I would like to inform you that country of origin is not in the list (Palestine) so you will not be able to sell in NA marketplace.
"

what do you think about this whole thing ?
