Need help with understanding amazon fees and sales

I want to put my product on sale, will the amazon fees per purchase (FBM) be the same as they would be for the full price before sale? Or will the fees be smaller due to the lower selling price? to be more clear, if a product is &pound;20 with &pound;3 fees, and I put it on sale (50% off) down to &pound;10 will the fees per sale still be &pound;3 or would they be &pound;1.50 or so?
