My account has been deactivated for the moment until I change my legal entity status. Problem is the instructions sent through on the email don’t match the actual options on screen. I went to Account Info and was told to look for an edit link but was unable to find one.
Here you should be able to update your Seller Account’s registered legal entity:
Hi I tried the link but that only allows me to update the primary contact info. Can’t find anything that references the legal entity
In such case, I would suggest you to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org requesting them to enable the option to update the legal entity for you.
Thanks again I had emailed seller support to see if they could allow the option for me just before you replied. If they can allow it I will email the verification team as you suggested.
