Negative feedback after request to cancel


The buyer placed an order, and then went through the “request order cancellation” form asking to cancel this order. Which we of course did immediately upon receiving the request.

Only a few days later to receive 1-star feedback saying the order was cancelled without explanation.

Amazon as usual turning the blind eye on the whole thing and won’t help in any way (mostly trying to block my request to open the case).

Tried contacting the buyer, but he just won’t respond.

What are my options, please advise.


not much you can do but to put a reply with something along the line that the order was cancelled on your request and may be the feedback is for the wrong order.
