New deposit method bank account problems

I am trying to change bank accounts to receive deposits from sales. I have given the IBAN on existing a/c but then get a message that details are not correct. But they are. Also i tried to register the new a/c but it is a joint account. Does it have to be a sole account in the Amazon a/c holders name?
Also the details of how to change deposit a/c details in the help section don’t tie up with what’s on the screen.

If the Amazon details are just yours then yes- the bank account must be just yours.

The bank account name has to match the account holders name - so if you are a person then the persons account (joint may be okay as long as your name is included). If Ltd co then must match the company name exactly.

I have the same problem. Seller support are not managing to help me so far and case numbers are stacking up.
