New questions on dashboard
I suddenly seem to be getting new questions on the front page. These allow me to enter whatever I want.
This morning I got asked about how I would change selling policies.
It is difficult to believe that Amazon are reading every reply. I wonder if they have a third party collating the information and looking at trends or maybe the information is just ignored.

I just replied and ask if they can change the advertising charging to when customers really place orders, not on just click the ad.

They don’t read every reply. They have software to parse our responses and get an approximate idea of what’s bothering us.
It’s primary purpose is to give us the impression that they care and are listening.
