I have just opened a account and it has been deactivated for no reason and they will not give me an answer. Does anybody have any suggestions please
There are now multiple sellers reporting sudden suspensions with no performance notification from Amazon. I would advise you to check this main thread where this is being discussed:
But it could have something to do with account verification as well, since you are a new seller.
I would advise you to acknowledge this declaration as soon as possible (in each of your international Amazon marketplace accounts):
My next suggestion would be to e-mail both email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org asking them how you can appeal the suspension or if you need to provide any additional information.
