New seller....few queries please!

Just opened account. Macaron Bliss. Opened as professional and downgraded to basic as selling macarons and want to see how it goes. So please could someone help me:

• How do I change delivery date…I will post first class but under ‘buying options’ the date of delivery is around 2 weeks…who is going to wait that long?!
• Even though I’ve included in my set up…there is no list of ingredients or allergens which is very important…where have these gone?!
  *Quantity is 1 available eventhough I’ve specified 20.
• A similar product to mine (Macarons and More) has under ‘see more product details’ Technical Information and Important Information.
• If I need to how do I upgrade to Professional Seller…I couldn’t find this anywhere?!
  BTW the above info I needed wasn’t available either when I was a Professional Seller so is it me??!!
