Orders not showing up in my account, only on my phone


I am getting notifications on my phone that I have orders but when I log into my laptop they are not showing up. Has anyone else had this issue? It’s making it very awkward to fulfill the items as I need to print packing slips and email customers their draft order (I’m on handmade.)

Try checking you have the correct date range and all marketplaces showing on your filters.

Thank you for your reply. I think it’s something to do with Google Chrome as they are showing up if I use Microsoft Edge. I have tried deleting my cache so it’s still a mystery.
