Pending account verification

The system have triggered a verification of my account information, even though my information has not changed. Consequently my selling privileges have been suspended.

I have been requested to provide again all my information personal and company, which I did. During my chat with support and emails with seller verification I have been told that I have provided all required information and that I have to wait for the verification process (first for 5 working days, and then with no commitment on how long the verification process will take).

My last chat with the support team I have been advised that I could escalate to (managingdirector@amazon.co.uk). I would like to know if this is necessary or should I wait more for the verification process knowing that I have stranded inventory in my seller account and much more inventory pending at my warehouse.

Reverification could take months or days, but its much too early yet to escalate it. If all your details match and you’re confident the documents are everything asked for then hopefully it won’t be too long
