Pending on Amazon

I have one order which has been pending for 12 hours now, what can I do about it to get it out of their?

Nothing,it will convert to a sale or disappear in a week or so.Ive had pendings up to 4 weeks.

As Russ says, they will be pending until dispatched from the FBA warehouse. A number of things affect this but mainly:
- Payment from the customer.
- Fullfilment Centre lag
12 hours is fairly short at the moment but it does depend on which FC it is being dispatched from.

It’s not FBA it’s seller fulfilled. And normally pending is 30mins - it’s the first time it’s gone past 20 hours now…

We had one which was pending for about 3 weeks, then didnt go through.
Quite annoying as it was the last item in inventory and there had been selling like hotcakes on other marketplace.
Nothing you can do… It will either come through (when payment is sorted) or drop off. Need to reserve the stock until it either goes through or expires.
