New facility opens in Andhra Pradesh on June 20, 2025

We are opening a new facility in Andhra Pradesh on June 20, 2025 to increase capacity and deliver packages more efficiently. Our new facility (RJX1) is a transshipment centre, meaning that it will only receive shipments from other fulfilment centres.

RJX1 will not accept your Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) shipments.

For us to send your inventory to RJX1, you'll need to update your GST registration certificate to include this location as an additional place of business.

RJX1 is located at Land/Plot No-8, AWSL Logistic Park, APIIC, UDL IDA, IP_Expansion_Gurrampalem, Gurrampalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh – 531173.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the unresolved issue I raised 10 days ago (Case ID: 11195478802). Despite multiple follow-ups and my request to register my book publisher ID, there has been no meaningful progress or update.

Each time, I receive the same standard response — that the internal team is working on it — but nothing changes. This prolonged silence and lack of resolution are frustrating and disheartening.

It increasingly feels like Amazon does not prioritize or support small sellers trying to get started on the platform.

Inactive status on my product

Amazon replied

I had listed my product and I used to get sales as well but the product is now under inactive status. On checking the matter, Amazon informed that I needed to provide some additional images with product ingredients and all and I did that. It is still inactive and is mentioned that I need to provide product details.

Can you please help me out here as I'm not getting the desired support from Amazon for this case even after seeking support and it's more than a month now I believe.
