Hi we recieved a policey warning can any one help on this

How do I send the required information?
Visit the Account Health dashboard (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_mpa) and navigate to “Policy Violation Warnings.” Click on the Appeal button next to the violation notification and submit additional information.
What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If we do not receive a response, the violation record will remain on your Account Health page for up to 180 days after the notification or until the violation is addressed. Leaving this or other policy violations unaddressed may result in account deactivation.
i have sent as much information as possible but getting nowhere with them i have detected our third party program that gathers orders from ebay and amazon sent a message to customer stating our address and customers address sending them a dispatch notice with the royal mail and parcelforce tracking number
