PPC stopped because of issue with payment

hello, i notice all my campaigns have been stopped because of payment issue. i updated to another debit card and it tried processing, but i realize i don’t have enough money in that debit card, before i could put money in the debit card it has finished processing and the status is “issued”.

now i have enough money in the new card, when will it process again, what do i need to do for it to process again so i can pay and continue my ppc?

Once the card is added and confirmed I think it takes 24 hours to process the payment.

Immediately i added the card it tried processing but there was no enough fund on the card then and it says issued on the status.

will they process it again?
