Problem with order?

I am having a problem with one of my resent order, its not gone through to unshipped it is still in pending, and been taking up to 16 hours and it hasn’t gone through yet any help with this order. please thanks…

no you won’t get a negative
pending orders just mean the buyer either has an out of date card on their account or not enough money to pay for the order
they will either update it and the order will go through or, they won’t and it will come off your orders and go back into your inventory to sell again

Likely not an issue. Have you not had any take that long before? I frequently get them taking 3 or 4 days.
