🔍 Key Details:

The Brand Registry partner team has been listening to feedback from our sellers and understand that the image guidelines for Brand Registry applications can be challenging to navigate. Because of this, they will update the Brand Registry Application Guide, a step-by-step guideline that details the enrollment process through self-service registration, to include a new section on product image guidelines.

Our partner team will be reviewing the questions that come in throughout the day (as well as those submitted in advance), and we’ll do our best to respond as soon as possible during the day of the event. For this specific event, here’s a list of sample questions you can ask the Brand Registry team:

  • How many photos do have to submit during the Brand Registry application process?
  • I don’t have the product yet with my brand name, could I use a computer generated image for the application?

Given the global nature of these guidelines, we're hosting Ask Amazon events across multiple regions. In addition to this UK event, sessions will also be held in the following countries:

Our Brand Registry case appears to have been answered but we have not received any response.

Another page says our application is still under review.

Has anyone else noticed the brand names on their listings changing over the last 2 weeks? It started off with a couple of listings being rebranded Erkic, then yesterday it was 76 of my listiings rebranded Erkic, several rebranded GONDMAX and today some of the listings that had been rebranded Erkic had changed to PIROIT overnight. I am the only seller on the listings, so no one else is selling the items. The only common denominator is all the listings have positive feedback on them and I have several thousand listings with no feedback whatsoever, so that is not a coincidence. When I click on the 3 new brand names Erkic, Gondmax and Piroit, they are a collection of listings from hundreds of different sellers from alcohol to t-shirts and everything in between. Have I missed something that everyone else knew about or is it just the bots experimenting? It wouldn't make much difference if it wasn't for the fact I can no longer edit some of my own listings despite being the manufacturer and the only seller? Is anyone else noticing their brand names changing?

CUSTOMER WANTED TO SEND AN ITEM BACK WHICH WE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT THROUGH AMAZON RETURN LABEL WE CHECKED THE TRACKNG AND THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY UPDATES FOR THE PAST 7 WEEKS PRESUMING THE ITEM IS LOST WE ASKED THE CUSTOMER TO SPEAK TO THE COURREIRS OR AMAZON DIRECT AS THEY ARE THE ONE WHO PROVIDED THE RETURN LABEL CUSTOMER FILED A CLAIM AND AMAZON DID NOT EVEN THINK TWICE AND SENT A FULL REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER NOT THINKING THAT WE HAVE NOT EVEN RECEVIED THE ITEM BACK FOR THE PAST 7 WEEKS UNFAIR DESICIONS THEY MAKE WE HAVE LOST OUR ON £40.00 FOR SOMEHTING WHICH IS NOT EVEN OUR MISTAKE AND FAULT

SUCH DECISIONS MADE UP STOP SELLING ON THE INTERMATIONAL MARKET NOW

I have appealed a ATOZ claim, Amazon have said they are withholding the original decision as the i never provided information when they contacted me first time

But i replied to them with the correct information and info of tracking info

Generic Listings

So, I sell products that are NOT generic - they are branded.

The Brand doesn't create it's own listings on Amazon

Many of the products have been created with a 'generic' brand.

I therefore cannot join the listing

I cannot create a duplicate

WHAT DO I DO???

Can a mod give me an answer or a fellow seller with more knowledge than me?

Brand Approval Rejected Several Times

I’m trying to get brand approval for ASUS we are registered with one of their authorised partners but for whatever reason we are getting continuously rejected at this point I’m fairly sure it’s because they simply don’t want anymore responsibility, are happy with their existing sellers & want to protect them.

I’ve sent them details of stock which is highly variable some products are in with maybe 20 units but can sell out in 2 minutes others we have 40+ units the problem we have is they want an invoice. We are not buying & storing the inventory we are the inventory people buy from us.

We’ve sent them authorisation letters from our managing director & a lot more it doesn’t seem to matter to them.

If anyone has had experience with graphic cards & other IT equipment please do let me know if you have a solution. We’ve previously sold products from MSI to be Quiet etc without issue & still have brand approval to this day so I’m not sure how we qualify to sell MSI graphics Cards or products but not ASUS?

If not well there’s plenty of other places like eBay.

Using Holiday Mode

Hi,

Not sure if anyone has any past experience with using Holiday mode or not,

We are FBM and had an issue with our printer yesterday, originally we just turned our Prime badge off to slow the pace of orders but in the end turned on holiday mode for around 2 hours in the afternoon,

Since going back live, our sales have hit a total slump, I have read that it shouldn't make any difference to listings/rankings/buy boxes etc but do others have any past experiences and know if it does take a good 24-48 hours or even longer to have the same momentum as before,

EU ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Hello everyone, my EU account that I did not use was deactivated (due to restrictions on payment processing) because I am from Belarus. As a result, accounts in other regions have been deactivated. I wanted to close the EU acc, but this is impossible without reactivation (requires documents proving that I am not from the Republic of Belarus, but I do not have them)

I would like to continue selling in North America

First, the email came from Amazon.UK, and then from the US, due to problems with the account on the EU, the account was deactivated

I called Amazon US and wrote to support, they say that by deleting/reactivating the EU account, there will be no problems with US.

We were advised to attach RB documents to the appeal against the EU in order to prove that we cannot re-activate it, there has been no response to this appeal from the EU for more than a week

Please help me solve this problem :(

I can't call Amazon Health support in the European region because I don't have a professional account

FBM is hurting my sales.

Dear Fellows.

i and other FBA sellers were getting good sales on popular shampo listings. than comes the FBM seller. he is taking all the sales on proce of 7.99£. this price is not possible for FBA seller as it gives only 2p in profit. its second month and its getting upsetting now. FBM seller is taking all bu box. rest of us are just watching the sales down. i reduced my asin price for 8.99£ but even than amazon is not giving me bu box.i heard Amazon is all about Prime.aka FBA.
