I am trying to list my very first product but in the "Product Id" field and the External Product ID Type" al I am displaying is "The value specified is invalid." message but all the GTIN codes I am entering are new and current.

Has anyone had a similar error and how did they resolve it

I am listing a gaming PC which I branded and made, so i bought a UPC code on barcode mania as explained on youtube but I keep getting this error message when I try to submit the product.

If i tick it does not have a brand it automatically chooses "generic" and i still get the error message.

Or if i write my brand name into it it says its not a brand that exists on the system.

I am getting this error message when trying to send in inventory- "something has gone wrong. try refreshing the page. if that does not work, pease delte the workflow and create a new one."

I have tried to refresh and come back the next day but nothing seems to work. Is anyone able to help?
