I listed a product 10 days ago. It has 9 variations to it.
The main product listing isn’t searchable, by name or ASIN. But only one of the variations is, the other 8 aren’t searchable.
Everything is showing as Active in Inventory Management.
Does anyone know why this is?
Also, I have manually looked through every page of a category this product is listed in and even that 1 variation which is searchable (by name or ASIN) doesn’t show anywhere.
Could you post the ASIN or provide some additional information to see, what might be wrong?
Most likely, it is being suppressed due to an issue with it’s title or bullet points, as only recently Amazon started enforcing the Product Detail Page Rules to suppress non-compliant listing from the search.
Here you can learn more:
Also, it could be due to the images not meeting Amazon’s standards for not having a pure white background, being low resolution, pixelated, including additional accessories, logos, text or graphics.
Review Amazon’s Product Image Requirements:
In addition, there could be some third party trademarked brand names or terms included in the titles, bullet points or description.
So I would advise you to carefully review everything to ensure that you are fully compliant.
Hi @Kika
Here is the product and its variations, the one highlighted in green is searchable by it’s ASIN or by its it’s full name.
I will have a read through your links this evening.
Thanks.
EDIT 1: I don’t have anything that is Suppressed, and although my main image is not pure white, neither are half of the items on Amazon, so how is this enforced?
