Hey everyone, i am hoping someone can help me out with this!

So we've ran into an issue. We sell Gift Bundles of Rolling Papers and such from different Brands in one Listing. Now from what i can tell from the Policies for bundles the Highest Priced Branded item should be the Brand name? (Unless i am mistaken.) we've done this and laid out listings exactly how the Bundle policy wants it however recently we've had over 20 Violations for Trademark Misuse or Trademark logo Misuse in regards to brands such as RAW or OCB. Unfortunately we've tried reaching out to these brands for a LOA so we can continue to sell those Bundles as they are however we've had no luck.

I've tried contacting Seller Support as well as account health and i keep getting the same basic Amazon Bot responses or someone on the phone who basically reads out what ive already seen from those Seller Support Responses. Does anyone know how i can go about resolving this so we can continue to sell these products?

I've been creating some A+ Premium Content and images got rejected for having a brand logo on them.

Reason given is text is no longer allowed on images.

I get that text as an image has accessibility and readability issues but a logo?

Say goodbye to branding on A+ content!

every time our shipment ends up in Preston GB as its final destination we have a discrepancy issues for that shipment. whereas when our shipment ends up in the other fulfillment centers they are checked in with no issue. So far this has been 100% accurate.

i was wondering if any other sellers have noticed a correlation with lost inventory and Preston GB as their shipments final destination?

i would like to gather more data before going forward with an official request for Amazon investigating this if thats even possible.

Just wondering if anyone has been selling Organic products on Amazon with an Organic Certificate issued by "Organic Farmers & Growers C.I.C & SOPA" known as Merchant Registration Scheme or Light Touch Scheme?

Are Amazon fine with that certificate? I know they state that a certificate issued by that body is fine, just whether that specific certificate is accepted, is what I am unsure about.

Not a producer of the Organic goods, just buy it and would like to sell it on Amazon.

Wonderful where all our £30 per month fees are going plus no sales

I’m trying to get brand approval for ASUS we are registered with one of their authorised partners but for whatever reason we are getting continuously rejected at this point I’m fairly sure it’s because they simply don’t want anymore responsibility, are happy with their existing sellers & want to protect them.

I’ve sent them details of stock which is highly variable some products are in with maybe 20 units but can sell out in 2 minutes others we have 40+ units the problem we have is they want an invoice. We are not buying & storing the inventory we are the inventory people buy from us.

We’ve sent them authorisation letters from our managing director & a lot more it doesn’t seem to matter to them.

If anyone has had experience with graphic cards & other IT equipment please do let me know if you have a solution. We’ve previously sold products from MSI to be Quiet etc without issue & still have brand approval to this day so I’m not sure how we qualify to sell MSI graphics Cards or products but not ASUS?

If not well there’s plenty of other places like eBay.

I have got approval to Sale since 9th January 2025but after scanning over 100s of goods they keep requesting approval to sell. Why and what can I do. Do I need to buy another 10 items with receipts and reapply again. I’m confused and I have not started selling . I have 6 goods on my inventory with approval to sell.

This is probably common knowledge, but I have only just seen this.

When I look at my fees, I see for example this asin :

Total Fee's £3.31

FBA Fees £2.65

So i have always taken it that the total fees charged for selling that asin is £3.31 + vat

----------------------------

Im looking at one now as was going to put it on special offer as sales have slowed down a little and its as follows :

Total fee's 58p

FBA fee's £1.50

So is the total fees now 58p + vat ? and if so, is this a promotion and how long do they last ?
