Send shipment to FBA boxes not calculated correctly
by Seller_0PcJ9R2jjRPii

Hello,

I am trying to send a shipment of 10 boxes containing 12 items in each box and a total of 5 identical SKU's. 24 identical items per SKU. I have to use 10 boxes of 12 items each because that's how they come packed from the manufacturer. After I complete the web form and input each box contents, dimensions and weight, Amazon only outputs 2 boxes for shipping not 10. I tried every scenario including the excel form without any luck. Units showing are correct, SKU's are correct but only 2 boxes are registering for shipping.

Hi Forum Moderators,

We respectfully request that this matter [ID 17802338181] be escalated directly to a FBA Supervisor, as it exceeds the authority of the standard support level.

We have encountered a critical issue regarding our FBA inventory. The incorrect fulfillment of the ASIN − led to a dissatisfied customer who gave a 2-star review. Unfortunately, this was our first review, and it has caused a complete sales stop since then. Our average daily sales dropped from 1.5–2 units per day to zero, despite running an active CPC campaign. This campaign cost us with no resulting sales, and we were forced to pause it today.

This negative review, caused solely by Amazon FBA’s fulfillment error, is directly damaging our brand and sales. We firmly request that Amazon take responsibility to resolve this, not just log it as a future prevention point.

Could a Forum Mod please assist? @Seller_8hQgfj6OVZYse @Seller_GEZPMc4CeQfh6 @Seller_CnfW62x6yxvJw @Seller_4GjtS9k0cnHHv @Seller_pAPBCLhysbW5T

@Seller_SBIjJooGeXSQ6 @Seller_37l8i4vuvugjG @Seller_vtQxROP6UNr1O

Thank you very much for your urgent attention. Please confirm escalation to a Supervisor. We look forward to your swift resolution of both the customer matter and the inventory registration issue.

Kind regards

As many sellers are aware, Amazon has recently introduced a new reimbursement policy that drastically undercuts the actual sourcing cost of lost inventory. Despite Amazon acknowledging the loss of a seller’s products within their warehouses, they frequently reimburse only a fraction of the real value - often as low as one-third or one-half of the actual amount. Even when sellers provide valid invoices to substantiate the actual cost, Amazon routinely denies these claims.

For many of us, especially those who purchase directly from the brand, our sourcing costs are well below what most sellers can obtain elsewhere. This scenario applies to countless sellers across the platform. Nonetheless, Amazon continues to reject legitimate invoices and refuses to issue proper reimbursement.

Let’s be clear: Amazon, you lost our goods - and you admit it. We’re not even asking for compensation for the labor, shipping, prep, or opportunity costs we’ve incurred. We’re simply requesting that you reimburse us for what we actually paid for the products. How can you justify denying reimbursement for these documented costs? It’s truly outrageous, and the voices speaking out against this unfair practice are not nearly loud enough. Amazon is literally benefitting to the tune of many millions of dollars by taking from their own sellers. Not only that, but the ridiculous reimbursement amounts can potentially incentivize the ccompany to "lose" inventory. If Amazon chooses to deny reimbursement for costs clearly documented on our invoices - which are already below our true costs - the burden of proof should be on Amazon, not the sellers. We didn’t lose the inventory - you did.

Account health and account deactivation
by Seller_j7dnfSyPnCkar
Amazon replied

My account has been banned by amazon due to section 3. I have submitted all the proper and LEGIT information but yet I am still being told it is incorrect or more information is needed. I was originally reported for product authenticity when the buyer had not even gotten the product yet but because they had gotten an email about the product being a potential fake. When in reality I have shown all the proof needed and asked for in order to show it was not a fake product. I have sold over 100 units of this product and if it was a fake product, then I should have received more than just 3 complaints.

Looking for help. I just received an email say my video for a Sponsored Brand campaign, which is scheduled to start TODAY, was rejected. This is the same video that I have on my product listing. The reason in the email was:

"Your video file cannot be processed. This can be due to a corrupted file or an end-of-file (EOF) character in the middle of the file. Please ensure your video plays properly from beginning to end, and update accordingly."

Except, there is no corruption, no character in the middle of the file, and I've confirmed the video plays beginning to end correctly. Again, it's the SAME exact video I've uploaded and had approved on my product page.

How do I get help for these rejections that continue to be false. The only path I've seen forward as a PAYING PROFESSIONAL user is to post to the community and hope someone from Amazon can help.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Amazon is rejecting invoices even when they are directly from the manufacturer, and the product packaging clearly shows the manufacturer’s name. It seems like the rejections are automatic without manual review.

What can sellers do in this situation? How are we supposed to prove authenticity if even manufacturer invoices aren’t accepted?

Would appreciate any insights or similar experiences.

cost of goods sold deleted from revenue calulator
by Seller_VmKDEv8Iyhx1R

I had my cost of goods sold populated for almost all of my 5000 ASINs. Today, when I went to update my cost of goods sold on one of my ASINs, it was missing. Upon further investigation, I found that ALL OF THE ASINs had the value for cost of good sold removed. Additionally, the Save button is greyed out. So, even though I can enter the Cost of Goods sold, I am unable to save it for future use.

When I run the SKU economics report the Cost of Goods Sold field still contains data. So, it is still in the system. The data is just not being displayed in the Revenue Calculator Window.

Anyone else having the same problem?
