I am facing an issue with the Buy Box on my Amazon seller account. Despite meeting all the criteria to win the Buy Box, All of my products do not have it, even when I am the only seller on the listing.
I have ensured that:
✔ My price is competitive
✔ I have a good account health rating
✔ I offer fast shipping (Amazon FBA/Fulfilled by Seller with good metrics)
✔ My seller performance metrics meet Amazon’s requirements
However, my listings still do not get the Buy Box, which is affecting my sales. I have also contacted Seller Support, but they have not provided a clear solution.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to solve?
