I am trying to request permission to list my products under my brand. I have brand approval as well as GTIN exemption already. I submitted an application and it was rejected because Amazon couldn't recognise my GTIN exemption? I am now unable to create any other applications as they are automatically closed, stating that its a duplicate issue that I have opened. The first case was closed, as it was declined, but I can't create any other applications because it keeps referring me to the closed case. Has anyone else experienced this who could please help me? UK VAT question

I'm considering moving out of UK by the end of the year.

This would trigger NON established in the UK for Value Added Tax (VAT) purposes.

How should I make the transition smooth without Amazon withholding my disbursements?

I'm up to date with my VAT payments.

Please advise on potential steps.

Has anyone else noticed the brand names on their listings changing over the last 2 weeks? It started off with a couple of listings being rebranded Erkic, then yesterday it was 76 of my listiings rebranded Erkic, several rebranded GONDMAX and today some of the listings that had been rebranded Erkic had changed to PIROIT overnight. I am the only seller on the listings, so no one else is selling the items. The only common denominator is all the listings have positive feedback on them and I have several thousand listings with no feedback whatsoever, so that is not a coincidence. When I click on the 3 new brand names Erkic, Gondmax and Piroit, they are a collection of listings from hundreds of different sellers from alcohol to t-shirts and everything in between. Have I missed something that everyone else knew about or is it just the bots experimenting? It wouldn't make much difference if it wasn't for the fact I can no longer edit some of my own listings despite being the manufacturer and the only seller? Is anyone else noticing their brand names changing?
