Refund applied but not deducted from balance
Hi All.
Anyone else had this happen.
I issued a refund to a customer yesterday regarding a purchase return.
The refund shows as applied on the order details but as yet (some 20+hours later), has still not been deducted from my account balance.Nor have i received a message stating refund has been issued, as normally happens.
I am a little concerned that the refund has not been given to my customer yet.
I opened a case with Seller Support first thing this morning but have yet to hear back.
Wondering if anyone else has encountered similar?

Sometimes refunds can take a long time to be processed and deducted from your seller account.
Last December I issued a refund and took almost 2 days to get the email and for the money to be deducted from my account.
As long as the refund shows applied or pending on the order details there is nothing more you need to do.
