Removing child & parents do not break the relationship between parent and child

I’m unable to update the titles.

When we trying to update via uploading inventory file we facing the error 8032.

To fix this error, we need to remove parent-child to break the relationship, and then add the child Asins to parent ASIN again by submitting inventory file after 24 hours.

I find out that Childs still connected to a parent, delete all ASINs do not break relationship with parent, they still connected even after 24 hours being deleted.

Support answer me: “We are unable to accept the request because the contribution is the property of Amazon Retail.”

We are the registered brand, we created the listings.

Any one know what is Amazon Retail?

Is anyone else having same issue?
