Removing Damaged Items

My daily FBA inventory report shows that I have 2 costumer damaged and 2 defective items in Poland. I wish to remove these 4 items, but they do not appear in either Manage Inventory or Recommended Removals. So how can I remove them?

You will only be able to remove them if you have an EU address to ship them to.

As mentioned above you need a eu return address we have our returns set to automatically come back every month it saves paying every week or so
