Reserved inventory

I have 01 unit of my inventory in Reserved Status for over 3 weeks.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you clicked the drop down on the reserved column to find out its status? What does it say?
(Customer order/FC transfer/FC processing)

It says FC processing. Please note it has been in that status for weeks now.
Is there something I can do to fix it?




I’ve had the same problem with 2 items,

Stuck in Fc processing for over 60 days now, I’ve raised cases but keep getting the same answer, just wait more days etc

It’s getting stupid and you can’t get a proper reply out of anyone. They say wait up to 30 days… but I’ve waited over 60 days :joy:




Do you know how to open a ticket with them?
