Resolved: Business Account verification new account -> solution inside

This might not work for everyone, yet can be helpful for some business sellers.
We’ve been invited by the Amazon Global Development manager to expand to Amazon Europe. After checking all requirements, tax questions, etc. applied for the account. Providing personal details and business details while registering. Immediately account was sent for verification. Requesting to provide utility bill and business details. Reading the documentation, forums, and calling support they requesting to provide a utility bill to confirm a personal address. Sending documents for verification and receiving a generic message in German “You’re violation all the Amazon sections,etc.”
Resending documents multiple times, speaking to Health Specialists every time getting different guesses why the documents don’t go through.
Finally getting through to some internal specialist who says "Hey you need to verify your company address ". Sending them company address verification. It doesn’t work.
Calling back after some time. They get back with a request to provide my personal address verification. Guess what? - it doesn’t work.
Luckily was connected to the girl who said that I need business address verification indeed and it’s already uploaded and the team will look at it. After some time email comes that account is activated.
I don’t know what’s their processes, but they can’t clearly explain what they really need and can send you the wrong way. 1 out of 10 Account Health Specialists guide you in the right direction. Keep trying.

If this is for FBA (as you are in US ) are you VAT registered in any EU countries too ?
Have they taken care of everything for you ? Or invited you in to the club and then left you on your own (which unfortunately they often do)
