Returns Labels and auto refunds
This has probably been a topic and thread before, but I’m getting sick to death of Auto Returns!
We are paying £3.35 for labels for items that the customer either ordered incorrectly or too many, doesn’t want anymore etc. None of them are being returns for faults.
We have also received someone else’s products and had to pay £3.35 and its been refunded of first scan
Can we take control of this or is this another daft policy from Amazon that stitches sellers over time and time again?

You can exclude items from this, if they are over £100 (I think).
However, you are able to raise safeT claims for incorrect returns etc.

Keep on submitting Safe-T Claims.
Amazon then pay for this policy.
You can claim the postage label cost.
If not as new, they pay towards the item. - If a courier claim, they do not pay, so make it clear that is was the buyer who damaged, marked it, etc
(if not your item, they want proof of item, photos, etc, but Amz should pay you in full, minus commission)
