Royal Mail Mail Supplies

Does anyone else struggle to order mail supplies from the RM site? It just keeps looping back to my profile all the time. I cant access the shop anymore.

It was fine until they redid the website, then it became sporadic and now it just doesnt work at all! My RM account manager has sent me different links and I still cant get in. Is it me or the site that’s FUBAR?

I had exactly the same problem for months after the website was changed, none of clearing your cookies or different browser will work.
It’s a problem with the website that they are aware of and it’s affecting hundred if not thousands of OBA account holders.
You need to phone them up, report you are having difficulties with your account orders and they will excalate it to their tech team who will eventually sort it for you.
Why they haven’t sent an email to all affected account holders is beyond my understanding but pretty typical of Royal Mail.

it only works in Edge for me.

I had a massive issue with my supplies order in October/November, even after I managed to make an order go through (Their system automatically deleted one then lost the second), so I would recommend following the process quite closely after you manage to place the order. I spoke to several other businesses at the time who all had similar issues.

What kind of supplies do you need from them ?

I’ve been using my own labels and packages. The only thing which I need urgent is more Silver empty bags from them and wondering how I can get them. Any idea ?

My nearest local post office was giving me bags but he’s closed now for 2 months :confused:

I had the same problem and spent ages to-ing and fro-ing trying to get it sorted out - I’m currently awaiting RM getting back to me. I’ve been using Safari and Chrome - then I just read this thread and tried it on Mozilla Firefox and it’s worked, so try a different browser for sure! (Why the heck I didn’t think to try that before I’ve no idea - can’t see the wood for trees methinks)

HI we have exactly the same problem asking us to resend our address and payment details, can’tget through to the payment page. They told me to send a screenshot of the sticking page, still waiting for reply

I have had no issue with the site on edge or firefox. I to have to get my bags from my postie. I do not get collections as I drop my sacks at the post office (I work 3 days a week for someone else). When I order sacks they never arrive so my postman helps me out there.
