Sales Rank, product description and description has disappeared!

Hi guys. Please can you help me in understanding what might be happening as I’m starting to see a drop in sales or changes in my listing.

ASIN: B074PWN97F

A few days ago I enrolled to change this product to ‘FBA Small and Light’. That seemed to be approved as I saw the fee changes in my listing

However, when I checked my listing in the ‘Edit’ section, I saw that my listing Sales Rank is now Blank rather than the usually sales ranking floating around 5000-10000.
On top of this, my product description bullet points and the entire description fro the listing does not show up for now anymore.

This seems to be affecting my listings and either getting no sales or very minimal.

I have my browse nodes changed to ‘Moisturizing Socks’ so the issue of not having a correct browse node shouldn’t be the case.

I also got a response from one of the amazon support team but it seems like some sort of general response,

If this is a child ASIN and you would like to see it reflecting different information, you will have to make updates to the Parent ASIN instead.

Does anyone have any idea what is happening? Is the Amazon system experience some technical difficulties at the moment and will this resolve itself shortly? I am still communicating with amazon on this case but I want to know if anyone has experienced this.
