Seller verification is not on progressing

Hi there,

I have updated my identity information with correct documents, even input matching information. Why does Amazon seller verification team keep sending me same email of asking the repeat documents? It takes ages to set up a seller amazon account.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when trying to have your Seller Account verified.

If the verification department is repeatedly e-mailing you requesting the same documents, then it indicates something might be wrong with them.

Could you please post here the latest communication which you received from Amazon regarding the matter?
