We followed ’ https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GVEGSMPP7CJP2Z2F" ’ instruction
to submit our Beneficial Owners and Primary Contact ID cards and address, Business Registration and Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation and been told “successfully submitted”.
After few days, we opened a case and seller support team said our information is correct and ask us to wait 10 days, yet after that day our account was suspended.
“You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.”
Recently, our “Identity Information” page, no longer have a ’ Submit Documents ’ button, but keep asking the same question,
“ Review your county of establishment and business type ,
Where is your business located? And What is the type of business you have? ”
We submit the answer every day , but it still asks over and over again.
We’ve been suspended over month. We opened a lot of cases (>6) to follow up(even email to 'seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk ', no respon ), but no one could solve the problem. Moreover, We’ve been a seller for nearly 3 years and we have been verified by amazon north American sellers.
We have no idea how we can verify by Amazon Europe anymore…so frustrated…
Does any one encountered similar situation ? Help us please.

Where are you based / live ?
Do you store goods in UK for FBA ? - if so and you are not a UK resident, are you VAT registered ?
Do you have a Business Seller Account, and not an Individual Account ?
Seller profile shows Ltd in HK with no UK VAT number
Do you store stock in uk ?
