Was wondering if anyone managed to find a 3rd party customs broker that is happy to work with K+N. I am looking for someone to provide indirect representation to handle customs for getting goods into French fulfilment centres from the UK ?
A lot of the brokers say that they are unable to work with K+N, but it seems Amazons partnered carrier is significantly cheaper than other companies.
Would really appreciate any help / guidance with this.

Is there a reason for being set on K&N? The issue you have here is that the scheme for getting goods into France involves the customs broker setting up the account and doing clearance with the shipper, this is the reason for using UPS.
Also there are now ways to get your stuff into a UK fulfillment centre and Amazon will deal with sending the stuff to France on your behalf through their customs broker.
If this is not the information you are looking for I can recommend fiscalead but they again set me up originally with UPS so may not be able to help you.

We want to send pallets into France and we found that K+N were the most cost effective for the volume and dimensions we wish to send. We tried UPS but we keep getting the an error message saying our boxes exceed the maximum dimensions that UPS can accept.
Thank you so much for letting me know about the the option to use the UK fulfilment centres and amazon will handle the logistics, please could you shed some more light on this ? is it a program of sorts ?
