SFP delivery targets

With a standard or premium order as long as I send it on time by the correct method it doesn’t matter if it arrives late, it shows as being an on-time delivery. Is this also the case with SFP?

I’ve had orders go missing and still show as arrived on time! The only time there has been a problem is if I bought shipping via RM website and not via Amazon.

This is bizarre, I can’t believe that out of over 5,000 orders I maintained 100% delivery targets all the time apart from when I sent one direct from RM website which ended up being late. What’s the odds on that?

It depends on how you bought the labels and whether it a tracked method or not.
If you bought via Buy Shipping by the recommended method then if it arrives late its not counted in OTD metrics
However, if you bought by any other method and used a tracked service, then it will be counted on OTD metric if it arrives late

To be clear this is definitely the case for standard delivery - but to be honest I do not know if Buy Shipping protects Premium delivery metric in the same way. I assume it does as often when I have a premium delivery and buying late in the day I get told I cannot buy a RM label.
