SFP offers not showing when you filter search results to PRIME

Hi everyone,
Seems to be a glitch on Amazon at the moment and wondered if it was happening to anyone else?
All our SFP Seller Fulfilled Prime offers on Amazon appear perfectly in the standard search results, showing the correct delivery and Prime badge.
But if you try to filter all the search results with the “Prime” toggle button, this should then only show offers with Prime.
But none of our items appear.

Obviously a big disadvantage as I know many buyers (like myself) always filter results to only show the prime offers.

These are all own brand products, we are the only sellers of them.
It is happening for all our Asins across multiple categories. We have perfect metrics so nothing could be affecting it there.

Not sure how long this has been happening for, but sales have been slower than average recently.

Opened a case with SS.

Anyone else got this issue?

Is there no one else using SFP who has this issue?

We got a reply back, acknowledging that there is a known issue with SFP and the Prime Filter affecting sellers in the UK. They are working on it but have no timescale on when it will be fixed.
Sure we are loosing £1000’s a day in sales from this, and nothing we can do!

Hi XS1

i’m having the same issue, have you had any resolution yet ? I was told change your prime cut off time to 4pm but made no difference.

Seller support as usual don’t know anything about the glitch.

Any info on this would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

No update from seller support other than to say:
"Also Please know that out technical team is aware of this prime filtering out while searching, and we are working on resolving this issue.

Unfortunately this is a known long standing issue that is impacting certain sellers in UK. It looks like their ASIN is configured for Prime regionality, so only customers located in specific regions are eligible for Prime shipping for this ASIN. We are working with the concerned team to fix this. At this time, we are unable to provide an estimated time of resolution.

Our teams are still working on this and this will take some time to fix as it is being impacted in all the EU region we understand that the issue is on for months now but please know that we are working towards resolving the same."

We’re are still having problems with our SFP items not showing when filtering for prime only items. Has anyone had any updates with this issue?

Not heard back from them sorry. Sales are slow this time of the year for us, but this certainly is contributing too.
Started to send some stock into FBA, which is not our normal business model, but should hopefully start to increase sales.

Similar issues here. Frankly, for amazon not to pro actively tell sellers about this when they clearly know something is happening, along with the fact that they create the algorithms that run the platform leads me to the conclusion they are running some sort of experiment with new settings to see what happens (most likely to try and increase their long term profit).

The company that owns this platform is not fit to run it. Small firms now dependent on it due to its market dominance have rent/staff/loan/supplier liabilities to cover and it’s not acceptable that Amazon can turn the sales on one minute and off the next without any warning or explanation as to what is happening.

Think about this, do we really buy into the fact that the prime button and exposure on the platform has changed fundamentally in the last few weeks and that

  1. Amazon don’t know how or why
  2. Amazon doesn’t know how to fix it

It’s just not plausible to me.

I’ve said it before and I’ll restate it that as sellers we need better representation as a group in order to make sure we are treated fairly and not used and manipulated.

This relationship will only work long term for us if it is mutually beneficial.

I suspect I already know the answer, but as another seller being unfairly filtered out of the listings due to being SFP, anyone actually managed to get back into the filter? Seems obvious what is going on but we have to hope…

Still no change for us unfortunately. Given up asking Amazon.

Still the same issue for us. We’ve actually sent in very small numbers of some of our lines to FBA so they appear.
I suspect it’s affecting a lot of sellers that are unaware of the problem.
