Shipment collected by Partnered carrier UPS and that was the last scan for 3 days
I shipped 6 boxes, 1 to Amazon via a partnered carrier and the other 5 to other places all via UPS. They were collected together on Monday the 14th
The 5 not going to Dunstable have already been delivered but the Amazon package shows a collection scan only
I contacted UPS and they requested the following:
“Kindly coordinate directly to your shipper, the account holder in record ‘AMAZON’ and report that a package investigation is required.”
Is there a way of getting Amazon to report a package investigation to UPS?

Hi from collection to unload and into inventory give it upto a month before you chase it some centers or delayed on average I am finding its more or less back to normal and taking a a week to two to be available but the odd ones still taking longer.
