Shipment for FBA? UPS labels printed but no collection?

I can’t see to get an answer anywhere regarding my parcel of goods waiting to be collected by ups to amazon. Where does it say when they will collect the good?

You have to book collection with UPS.

Or take to UPS drop off point.
