Sign in issue with primary user email id
I am unable to sign in with my primary email, message apperared that this e mail does not have any seller account, but i used same email for months to sign in. When i spoke with customer support they said mail does not have seller account. My secondry users are working with the permission granted through primary email but primary mail showing that it does not have seller account. I can see that email and details through secondry users sign in. No solution from two weeks.

That’s a strange one, for sure.
Honestly, the sign in system is absolutely atrocious.
I don’t know if you’ll get it resolved, but maybe having secondary users logging in still may be able to help in some way. I can’t really say, though.
We changed our phone number about 3/4 years ago, and to this day it still has the old number for password recovery. I have contacted support multiple times over the year to change it, and nothing happens. I’ve changed the number on the account and scrubbed the old number from anyhwere I can on the account, and it still shows the old number.
Amazon’s systems are some of the worst I’ve experienced, and they’re supposed to be one of the biggest companies in the world? What a joke!
