Specifically Requested Item

Hi a customer has messaged me for a specific item to be made. Does anyone know how i can now add this to my inventory just for her or whatever other way this is done. We offer to be able to make custom items but there doesn’t seem to be any guidance on this - custom seems to mean ordering something that you then want customising for example a specific date or name. Any help appreciated. I have contacted Seller Support too. Thanks in anticipation. Cheryl

Hi there - in the past there was a private listing option available, which generated a unique URL that could be shared with the customer. With the recent updates to the interface for managing listings, though, I believe it was removed. There was a post on one of the US forums about it earlier in the year - perhaps worth a look in case there was any further update. I’ll see if I can find the link for you…
