Is anyone else having issues with Amazons refresh of suspected intellectual property violations?

Usually when we get these, we either have an 'edit' button next to the violation, or a 'submit appeal' button. Usually if we delete the ASINs, the violations with the 'edit' button are automatically removed within an hour or so, and the ones with 'submit appeal' are removed once we tick the boxes in the appeal. However, the refresh does not appear to be working the last few days and the violations are building up, despite the fact that they are all deleted from our inventory.

Over the last year or so, deleting the ASINs was our quick route to removing violations.

For context - EVERYTHING we sell is officially licensed and we have approval to sell it. I am sure some people will advise that we should be appealing it correctly to get these items reinstated, but we have some 100,000 ASINs and it is not unusual to see 100 violations a day, per marketplace. In the time it takes me to appeal one ASIN, which can be a couple of weeks, I can see literally thousands more violations appear so it is just easier for me to cut my losses on those items (which continue to sell on other marketplaces) and just see what sticks on Amazon. Appealing the 20,000+ suspected intellectual property violations we get a year is not worth my time and stops me from being able to fulfil the products that are accepted.

I am hoping the Amazon refresh of account health just appears to have paused for a few days and will resume its usual function shortly, before our account health hits a ban.

Is anyone else experiencing the same?

I'm having trouble with SS regarding a Suspected Intellectual Property Violation for an item we design and manufacture which forms part of a larger range of character TWS earphones which do not resemble Airpods in shape, colour or functionality. They are earphones in a wireless charging case, which practically every audio company now makes a version of.

We have two of this range listed on Amazon, both the same model, just different designs and colours and back in June we received violations for both for which I won both appeals and the items were reinstated with no issues.

This week we receive the same violations which I appealed, again, in the same context as last month. The blue version has been reinstated with no issues, but the red version SS are just not accepting my appeal and are insisting on a letter of authorisation from Apple, which obviously we don't have or need as we design and manufacture our own products. As part of my defense I created a side by side comparison document for Apple Airpods and our product showing that there is no way they are imitating or passing off as Airpods, but SS just cut and paste the same reply.

I really believe the case is being handled by a bot and not a human as I have repeatedly asked why they reinstated one and not the other and why did I win the appeals last month as it is the same issue, so would be really grateful if an Amazon moderator could review the case for me (case ID 9989076222) as it seems to be the only hope of resolution.

I don't need any help, just posting this as a recent experience. Had a message this morning warning me that one or more of my listings was at risk of deactivation due to a Suspected Intellectual Property Violation. The ASIN in question was a Royal Dublin Fusiliers diary. UK Ministry of Defence are the rights holder, I am a licensee. There apparently was no complaint, I assume it was picked up by a bored bot! The word at issue was "Dublin". Couldn't be bothered raising the blood pressure by fighting it so just deleted it. I have a dozen or more other listings with "Dublin" in the title, I await the next bit of idiocy with bated breath.
