Product Ads VAT Invoice

Noticed in January that the Products Ads VAT Invoice was not showing as available. As we have a VAT return to pay this month, I opened a ticket with Amazon asking why it was missing. They (Support) replied quite quickly saying that a “specialist team” would need to answer this query and I would receive a reply soon. A week later nothing, so I replied to the ticket asking which specialist team was dealing with this and again several days later still no response. Amazon support seem to be totally useless and fail at every situation unless there is a pre filled template that fits the question.

Anyone on here have any idea as to where the Product Ads VAT Invoice have gone ??
