Tax Document Library

When I go into reports/tax document library and try to download pdfs of my invoices I click on the button, it spins a bit and nothing happens.

Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround?

To the first question: not that I know, that never happened to me. It might be a problem generated from your browser.

To the second one: try the classical solution, clear caches then retry OR use a different browser.

Hope this helps (if you haven’t solved it on your own already).
