Good morning, Could anyone help me with a telephone contact number for Amazon Seller Support Team please.
My colleague who has had a seller account for three years (with no problems at all) has now had notification to say account has been suspended due to buyer complaining of in authenticity. They asked him to do a plan of action and and supply invoices but then he cannot get into his account on mainframe It seem like the password has been blocked and they won’t allow him in so that he can reset it. Any ideas please, he is really desperate as this is his only form of income and Amazon are holding on to his payment.
