Hello,
I would like to raise an issue regarding one of my FBA shipments that has not been updated in Amazon’s system despite being handed over to UPS (Amazon Partnered Carrier).

Timeline of events:
On Aug 12, 2025, I handed over the shipment to UPS. I have photographic evidence showing the UPS truck at my warehouse, the loading process, and the truck leaving with the boxes.
After 3 days, I noticed that the UPS tracking still showed no movement, and even today there is still no update on the tracking.
I contacted UPS directly, and they informed me that the shipment was lost and that they are searching for it. They also advised me to contact Amazon regarding this matter.
I opened a case with Amazon previously (Case ID: 11463889382) and was advised to wait until Sep 3.
On Sep 3, I followed up again (Case ID: 11479944612). In this case, I was told that shipments can sometimes be distributed to different fulfillment centers so products can reach customers faster, and that this may take longer than usual.
However, in my situation, the shipment has shown no movement at all since Aug 12 on the UPS tracking, and UPS themselves confirmed to me that the shipment is lost and under investigation.
This situation is directly impacting my business, as my inventory is not available for sale. I kindly ask for a deeper investigation and support in resolving this matter. If UPS cannot locate the shipment, I request that Amazon initiate the reimbursement process without further delay.
