Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Recommendation- UK

Hey folks,

Ahead of the busy sales period and with the Amazon Inventory limitations in place already (200 units/SKU), I am considering to send a portion of the Inventory to an external 3PL.
For those already using FBM can you recommend some reliable, affordable and fast (pick and pack: 2 Day Shipping) fulfilment centre in the UK? Ideally within the London, Birmingham or Coventry premises.

I am expecting to get the same service as Amazon FBA and being able to store the units for a short time period at competitive rates. The 3-PL should be able to handle returns efficiently and provide live tracking service.

I would really appreciate some suggestions along with their links.
