Tracing Amazon FBA Returns / Damaged / Reimbursements

Hoping somebody can help me

How can you trace what happens to specific FBA returns? I realise there is a FBA customer returns report but in status it shows ‘Unit returned to inventory’ for 99% of returns and I know that many of these items are damaged so is there a report or way of checking what actually happens to each item in their warehouse once it is returned?

We make return requests for unsellable items every 2/3 weeks, but there doesn’t seem to be a way of linking the items in these returns to actual sales

Also with returns which have been reimbursed, can I see dates and information on this somewhere? without going through transaction reports?
