Trademark infringement



We received infringement case raised by another seller. Amazon dispute team asking for the invoice etc.
Item was bought directly from that seller and invoice has been provided to amazon. However, got already 5th generic email from amazon saying that this is not what they are asking for or not what another seller reported.

Any idea how to speak with human about that issue ? Calling customer service no help at all saying that need to send and email and can not contact dispute team. Sending an email and getting back generic response. Feel like running in circles.

Any help will be appreciated.



Perhaps posting the Infringement Notice would help.

You have not said what the infringement was !

If it is connected with proving authenticity then your Invoice (not retail receipt) needs to be from an authorised distributor or the manufacturer.
A retail receipt often tells Amazon the item is now second hand and cannot be sold as new.
