UK Brand Registry - Rejection & No Assistance

Hi,

We have a brand that has been selling on amazon for 18 months and we have now registered the trademark with the UK IPO and have a trademark number.

However, it is proving impossible to register with Brand Registry - it seems crazy that we’re being told we are ineligible to register our own brand as a brand…

All we are getting is generic no-reply emails with stock eligibility responses and we can’t progress. The Brand Registry contact form is only geared to the US market as it asks for USPTO numbers but not UK.

Does anybody have any advice on how to proceed please?
