While changing price for my items I accidentally set price of some items to 1 Euro in European markets.
I didn’t even get the error for “Potential low pricing error”. Now unfortunately I have more than 70 orders that I got with alot of people buying 100+ items of the products.
I contacted Amazon support but they said they cannot cancel any orders even orders that are in PENDING status.
Is there any solution to this? I’m afraid if this isn’t resolved I will have to dissolve my company due to the high amount of loss faced.
Is this for FBA orders? If so, unfortunately you cannot cancel FBA orders, Amazon is responsible for dealing with orders, where you are responsible to manage your inventory and pricing. Take it as a valuable business lesson, we made few mistakes too until everything was running smoothly according to Amazons requirements.
