I’ve just had an email saying a refund as been issued to the buyer due to Undeliverable shipping address through FBA? I can’t seem to reach out to the buyer as all the options are greyed out… Any ideas why this would be happening?
These happen all the time with FBA… We get at least one a day… It could be a wide range of things such as the shipping address was incomplete, the driver couldn’t find the address, no access …you don’t need to get in touch with the buyer… the stock will be returned back to FBA and the customer has already been refunded… It’s for the customer to re-buy and correct the problem.
