UPS Collection for FBA was collected. But isn't showing tracking


On Tuesday a UPS man picked up a collection bound for Amazon (FBA). I noticed today that there is no tracking for this parcel. I ring up UPS, they can’t do anything. Apparently I have to contact Amazon. Amazon want a Drop of Receipt. However, when UPS pickup from your home you never get a DOR. I provided Amazon with a screenshot of the collection request. It shows the status as complete (only pickup collections go to complete), and shows the tracking number. Apparently this isn’t good enough. I ring back UPS and they say they don’t provide a DOR, that I need to give Amazon the collection number. I’ve already provided Amazon with the collection number. Has anyone else had this issue?


Amazon have finally accepted the Collection ID. I can instigate and investigation in 14 days.
